Dear Mr. Tapu, first of all, I would like to apologize for not being able to reply in Finnish, but I am certain that English will not be a problem for you. We appreciate all the comments that our guests kindly decide to share with us, as they are extremely valuable and helpful for future improvements. I must however point out that the parkett rooms are not only for guests travelling with their four legged friends, but also perfectly suitable for guests suffering from allergy. The rooms are deeply cleaned and desinfected after each departure and I can assure you that the presence of animals is therefore not noticed at all. The supplement is 15€ per day, not 96€, and includes a full kit (bowl & bed for the pet) and other amenities. The supplement of 50€ is chaged only once at the end of the stay and corresponds to the desinfection service. We regret that both our hotel and the destination have not been to your liking and have not met your expectations, but as you may reed on other reviews on this and on many other review sites, our hotel proudly worths its' category and offers an exceptional service within perfectly well maintained facilities.
