However, we would like to note that we have a shuttle bus to take our guests to the city and back. We also apologise for any inconvenience with parking, nonetheless, we are glad our team was able to offer you a comfortable solution in our interior parking.Moreover, we are sorry to hear the amenities in your room did not meet your requirements; we have a mini bar which can be requested to be filled at our reception along with the use of a kettle.Additionally, with regard to your concern with your access card, please accept our apologies.
