Lomamatka
Hotelli oli ihan rauhallisella alueella ja suhkot hyvällä sijainnilla mutta rakennus itsessään oli vanha ja huoneet ei ole yhtään viihtyisät että kuvat ei pidä yhtään paikkaansa. Huoneen ainoa plussa oli se ettei näkynyt torakoita jota saattaa olla monessa muussa hotellissa tällä alueella. Aamupala oli todella keskinkertainen

Estimado cliente, Muchas gracias por su comentario.En nuestra descripción informamos que es un Edificio construido en 2023, nunca nos ofertamos como un edificio nuevo... y cada una de las fotos en la WEB pertenece a cada tipo de habitación que tenemos; SINGLE, DOBLE y TRIPLE.Lamento que no le hay agustado nuestro hotel, sorry!!

Our second stay and again it was good. Value and location for this hotel is good. Breakfast is poor and should be better but you can manager. Friendly staff.

Toistamiseen ok!
Yöpynyt samassa hotellissa aiemminkin. Palvelu, sijainti hyvä. Erillinen kuntosaliyritys ja pesula löytyy samasta kompleksissa. Huone ok, negatiivista parvekkeiden puute ja metallikaihtimien nostelu. Puolihoito ok, aamupuuroa ei ollut täälläkään.

Who gave it 4 stars?
What wasn't bad: The location, the (relative) price. What was bad: It's just not a 4 star hotel by a long shot. The bad: Poor noise isolation, walls were made of paper. Furniture was worn down and was uncomfortable. The wifi did not work and was poorly implemented (insecure and incompatible). The AC had the ability to pick up any nasty odor from other rooms, ranging from cigarettes to marijuana. The bathroom had no water for 5 minutes after opening the taps whenever I came back to the hotel in the evening. I just kept thinking if I had only paid 100€ more for my stay, I could've been in a nicer hotel instead of this. This hotel is exactly what I expect from a 2-star hotel and whoever gave it the 4-star rating should maybe find other work than giving hotels star ratings. The hotel front desk charged me 20 or 25 when I arrived but did not explain what this is for and I never got it back at checkout. I had no time to ask about this when leaving but nobody said anything about extra charges. In my opinion: Just avoid this place. There are nicer places around, go there. Tenerife has good public transport that is cheap. I could've had a hotel further away and reach all the places I went to by paying something like 1,20€ per trip on the bus. The whole area from La Caleta to Los Tarajales is within short reach of public transport so it doesn't matter if you are a little furter down the road, get a nicer hotel and enjoy your stay better.

Dear Customer, Thanks a lot for taking time in write this review, we apologize you did not like our hotel. Yes we have wonderful location, near of everything but far away from the noicy areas. The 4 stars category is adquire after passing a Tourism Departament inspection. I Have to say, that we are at Business Hotel. You stay in Room 528, a very nice room just completely renovated 5 months ago, sorry you did not like Room. Most important; we want clarify about the amount of Money; you said somebody ask upon arrival? I explain you; all customers are required give the Credict Card details when they arrive, but if not, we request a 50,00 € DEPOSIT to be returned at the end... 20 ór 25 Euros as you comment, that we never return you back??? May be you get a BEACH TOWEL in this case we ask also a deposit of 20 € that we return when the customers return towels, it is a way to persuade all clients do not leaves forgoten the towels at the beach or at pool. Please give us more information, to search what happens with this money. We have very fear prices, for our confortables and very clean rooms. Our Hotel is NOT SMOKING HOTEL We can´t control what customer do in their rooms. to get a better WI-FY signal it is important keep the blind Up, window open. Si, there are many Hotels that you can pay double price than our hotel, there are hundred of choices far and near as any other large city in the world. We apologize for not been the Hotel you expect to... Regards!!

Upeat aulatilat, nopeat hissit, kohtelias henkilökunta, paljon hedelmiä, pullia aamiaisella vaan puuroa kaipasin ja jotain perunasta. Kerran viikossa oli perunasipulimunakasta ok.

Ystävällinen palvelu ja siistit huoneet. Plussaa allasalueella sijaitsevasta saunasta. Parvekkeen puuttuminen harmitti ja hankaloitti uimapuvun/allaspyyhkeen kuivumista. Ilmainen Wi-Fi vain hotellin aulassa.

Arvostelu hyvä on sopiva. Neljä tähteä.
Hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla. Huone siisti ja sopivan kokoinen kahdelle, Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja täytti toiveemme kerroksista. Emme halunneet korkealle.

Homeallergikot varokaa tätä hotellia.
Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla vajaan 1 km päässä Playa de las Americasin rannasta ja noin 500 m päässä ostoskadusta. Ehdoton miinus on, että huoneemme 220 kylpyhuoneessa oli hometta. Jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta ja siellä (304) tilanne oli parempi. Kokonaisuutena huone muuten odotusten mukainen, hotelli keskitasoa ja hinta-laatusuhde hyvä.

Hotel and rooms are clean but looking tired and needing investment. Staff as always are helpful and courteous.Good location close to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches which are all within short walking distance.

Hello dear Ckient.The hotel is from 2003, it is already 20 years old.BUT, Most important is that ALL ROOMS were recently renovated, in 2020 we bought New MATRESS, for a very confortables BEDS. It is true, The water in the room is activated with the key-card, and it takes 1 minute to fillup the pipes cicuit and it last 2 minutes to comes to the taps.

Had a short break at Hotel Zentral Centre. I found the hotel to be as advertised with no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect walking distance for the beach and local shops etc. Rooms were clean and spacious. The lifts were good and there was a nice rooftop terrace. Only minor negative was the bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable but that was only a minor issue. Would i stay there again? Yes definitely. Would I stay there again

Hello dear customer, thanks for your comment;It is true, we are a Business Hotel... The LITTLE swiming pool is on the TOP of the building. We only have 15 rooms with balconies, and we rent it under request with extra charge of 20,00 pr each day... but, it is better to say that we do not have room with balcony in stead room have a LARGE WINDOW.We have only a Little bar 24 Hours at recepcion.

Very, very good overall value for money. Large room, kind staff, small but still nice swimming pool on the rooftop. Male sauna female sauna are very poor, but still acceptable for the money, considering the great position of the hotel.

3 day stay
We were there for a 3 day break from a 2 week holiday elsewhere in Tenerife. The room was a great size, with lots of cupboard space. Bed was comfy. Hotel was in a great location for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was okay, could be doing with a better selection of food. Pool was on rooftop, it looked good but was windy the day we went up, so we just went to the beach instead. Couldn’t get tv in room to turn on, the remote control seemed to be broken, but we didn’t have time to get it sorted. We would definitely go back for a short break, but I wouldn’t stay there for more than a week.

Onze kamer was prima. Voldoende ruim en zoals omschreven. Ontbijt was oké, niet bijzonder, maar voldoende aanbod (veelal gericht op Engelse bezoekers). Het diner is verschrikkelijk: koud, smakeloos en eenzijdig. Drie dagen geprobeerd en sindsdien elders gaan eten. Personeel reageert er niet op. Op de dag van ons vertrek werden we om 7.30 uur opgehaald. We vroegen of we dan alvast een broodje konden krijgen om 7.15 om mee te nemen (verder niks nodig). Helaas het personeel was onverbiddelijk; om 7.30 uur gaat het restaurant open. Weinig klantvriendelijk. De foto’s op de website van een bruisend winkelaanbod onder het hotel zijn misleidend. Alles staat leeg op 3 shops na. Dat kan, maar pas dan de foto’s aan.

Muchas gracias por su opinión, me alegro mucho que le haya gustado la habitación y el desayuno.Lamento, que la CENA no haya sido de su agrado, agradecemos mucho su critica, voy a comentar al jefe de cocina que se necesita mas variedad y mas temperatura para que las comidas estén mas calientes.Usted menciona Fotos engañosas del centro comercial, que no sé donde las vio? porque nosotros NO publicamos ni una sola foto del centro comercial, el centro comercial no pertenece al Hotel, en la WEB del Hotel, sólo hay Fotos del Hotel.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el equipo de limpieza es excelente, mantienen todo muy limpio. El staff de la recepción fue muy atento y amable. Una pena el Wi Fi no es adecuado a las demandas de los huéspedes. El área de la piscina es muy amplia y confortable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveremos pronto. Gracias an Olga, de recepción, ella fue de mucha ayuda.

Muchas gracias Mr. Christopher por su puntuación y por los comentarios... para su próxima visita recuerde por favor comentar que es cliente repetidor para que tenga ventajas (UP GRADES)..La señal de wify viene del exterior y hay que tener la PERCINA de la habitación arriba para tener mejor señal.Ya hay un presupuesto para colocar varias antenas en los pasillos cada 4 habitaciones, para mejorar la señal.... sabemos que lo ideal sería colocar un ROOTER en cada Habitación pero esta enorme inversión de momento no está aprobada...
