Hello Guys, Thanks very much for taking the time to write a review, I very much appreciate it. We do mention at the property instructions that we don't provide any type of those "simple things" as you called (onions, oil, sugar, coffee, etc....)The property is a self service rental . It is important to mention that any establishment that provide any type of groceries to customers must hold a license or failing to have a license the groceries provided must be of "a single use only", no salt, pepper, sugar , etc...should be shared between one customer and another (especially now with the covid situation). As a nurse / midwife I do take this very serious and don't feel comfortable providing to my customers groceries that have been already opened and/or used by other clients . Regarding to the outdoor furnitures, isn't about quality , but the strong wind especially at night that breaks all the furnitures , we spend loads of money replacing them all the times to ensure none of our customers arrive to a property with broken furnitures. Before the pandemic we were planning to do a large refurbishing and to also build some concrete outdoor furnitures , but unfortunately after the pandemic and having no rentals for almost 2 years we have been forced wait for a bit until the situation gets better. More important to mention is that apart from the full equipped kitchen and full equipped property , if any of our customers need or want anything extra we never fail to provide it (like yourself asked for MOJITOS large glasses ) This are some of the thing we do provide : Bathrrom towels Shower towles Pool towels Bed linen blanket kitchen towels (no disposable) Kitchen hand towel (1 roll only ) Diswasher tablets (for arrival only few tablets) Washing liquid Dishes sponge Toilet roll ( few rolls at each bathroom only) All sort of plates , large, small, medium, cereal bowls, trays , etc.. All sort of glasses (water, wine, coffee mugs, coffee cup) Cutlerys friedpans Kitchen Pots (all sort) Salad bowl Barbecue tools Coffee capsule machine Coffee filter machine Microwave Kettle Im sure I forgot to mention loads of the stuffs that we provide . .. Again, its has been a pleasure to welcome you and your wife and hopefully I can welcome you again guys in the near future :)

I am perplexed by your post , honestly . I didn’t ask you to leave the property so please say the true and how things really happened , I was always kind and caring during your staying . Unfortunately new neighbours came into the area only a month and half ago and they brought a new dog, I didn’t take 2 weeks to contact the neighbour , I contacted the neibour and asked them to sort out the noise the same day you informed me about the barking . Our neighbour has resolved the problem immediately as she has left that noisy dog at her mother place not to create problem with my rentals . I am honestly perplexed by your review .
