The hotel management team has direct email to resolve any incidents of this nature. The safe service was not included in the type of room I booked as well as, it is considered an optional service on request of the customer because in our facilities every customer can feel completely safe with their personal belongings. The luggage room is controlled by cameras. And it has lockers that are located inside and visible to everyone. The hotel cannot be held responsible for valuables deposited by the guest. Of course, as I mentioned before, the room is controlled by cameras, which can be checked in case of a missing item. The way other hotels work cannot be used as a comparison. The whole comment is directed towards a missing item that yourself do not know where/when it could have "disappeared" so I would like to let you know that these comments are very valuable for future travellers so we ask you with all our heart to modify your comment as what is reflected in it is not entirely correct. Indeed, once you left the facilities and without having received all this information in full, the person who answered youthe phone gave you the correct answer. Furthermore, we must also point out that you checked out on the 28th and it was not until the 29th that you contacted reception to report the missing item.Finally, we thank you again for choosing us to enjoy two nights in Tenerife.
