Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der wöchentliche Reinigungsservice mit Handtücher- und Bettwäschewechsel ist sehr angenehm. Der Pool hat gutes Wasser und sehr sauber. Die Besitzerfamilie ist hilfsbereit und per email immer erreichbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit allem.

Fantastyczne miejsce
Zadbany, przestrony apartament w spokojnej okolicy z dala od zgiełku miasta, chociaż nie na tyle daleko, żeby nie dało się pójść na wieczorny spacer do centrum. Z powrotem, jeśli ktoś nie lubi wchodzenia pod górę ;), można wrócić autobusem lub taksówką. Czysty basen z przepięknym widokiem. Dostępne miejsca parkingowe przy samym wejściu do obiektu, co na Teneryfie akurat nie jest bez znaczenia.

Das Appartement bietet genug Platz und Ausstattung, um sich als Familie wohl zu fühlen. Die Betten sind sauber und bequem. Bei Fragen ist jemand vor Ort zuständig und ansprechbar. Es ist möglich zu Fuß die Stadtstrände zu erreichen, doch der Rückweg wird beschwerlich aufgrund des Höhenunterschiedes. Es lohnt auf jeden Fall ein Auto zu mieten. Man kommt sehr schnell in die Stadt hinunter oder zu den Stadtstränden. Außerdem kann man die Insel und die verschiedenen Strände mit dem Auto erkunden. Meistens war es kein Problem, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind extrem vielfältig.

Excellent séjour
Petite propriété charmante avec quelques appartements. Jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. Jolie vue sur la mer. Petite précision: le lit n'est pas 200*200 mais 160*200 avec ressorts. Insonorisation mauvaise entre les apparts mais les voisins étaient calmes donc pas de soucis. Quelques remontées d'odeur dans les salles de bain. Rue et quartier très agréables, à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Puerto de la cruz. Accès route périphérique très rapide, pratique pour partir visiter l'île. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et y reviendrons sans hésiter!

Wir haben 4 Wochen in einer schönen Ferienwohnung mit einer Terrasse verbracht. In der war alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir fanden die zweite Toilette super. Der Reinigungsservice, von Vermieter organisiert, war zuverlässig und sehr gründlich. Wir benötigten einen Wäschetrockner und dieser wurde uns promt geliefert. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden.

Nice place
The apartment is spacious and has a nice view to both the sea and Mt Teide. It was great enjoying the stars during the night and the view during the day. Our balcony had a table and chairs. The pool area is great with beautiful plants well tended to. Lots of space and never too crowded. The water in the pool was not heated but we found it refreshing. The area is nice and calm, a bit outside of center. It is good to know that walking to and from center, restaurants and shops takes a while and is steep if you don’t want to take a taxi. Internet was good in the apartment. No problems during almost 2 months of remote working. At the pool area the coverage was not great but okay. The double bed was very comfortable. The possibility to use the shared laundry machine was good, but needs a reservation system. Somedays it was in use the whole day so we could no use it. We are grateful for the weekly cleaning included. We enjoyed our stay. The best parts were the view, the pool area and the quick responses to our questions from the owner. Since we stayed for a longer time we would have liked a dishwasher in the kitchen and some shelves both in the kitchen and the bathroom to store things.

great swimming pool but small balcony
The appartment is big enough and very clean, as well as the pool that our daughters particurlarly appreciated, but the balcony was smaller than expected and the appartment quite poorly equiped (very few flatware for instance). The surroundings are quiet but it is quite a long walk from the center, especially to come back when you climb up. Well situated to visit the north of Tenerife.

Dear Aurélie Thanks for your review. It could be nice to ask us if you needed something extra. We love to help our guests during the holidays and if we can improve anything, we are glad to do it. Also about our situation is clear in our description. We are not in the noise downtown, we are in a nice residencial area but at the same time very close to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. And as we informed, taxi services are cheap from downtown to our place, like 6 € to avoid walking back, and if you are 4 guests, imagine less that 2 euros per head ;) We don´t get why you gave us only 3 of the 5 stars, but nevermind we will be glad to host you back ;) Best regards from the Fortunate Islands ;)

Piso recomendable en Puerto de la Cruz
Zona muy tranquila. Piso amplio, camas cómodas y terraza con bonitas vistas al mar y al Teide. Perfecta comunicación con el dueño. A valorar que nos dejara salir más tarde. Gracias Andrés!! Para repetir 👍

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung (fehlende Gardinen usw.) hat etwas von einer asylunterkunft. Schade da könnte man mehr draus machen. Der Service für den Bett und Handtuch wechsel ist super.

Sehr geehrter Herr Gisbert Ihre böse Bewertung war von Ihrer Seite zu erwarten, wir sind weder überrascht noch besorgt, wir haben bereits viele sehr gute Bewertungen, aber wenn ich mir das Vergnügen gönnen werde, Ihnen zu antworten :) Arrogante Forderungen sind schlechte Angewohnheiten aus vergangenen Jahrhunderten, nicht diese, etwas, das wir Kanaren nicht zulassen wollen. Und wenn Ihnen unsere Wohnung nicht gefallen hat und Sie eine Bewertung mit schlechten Absichten abgeben, verstehen wir nicht, dass Sie 2 Jahre bleiben möchten, um zu leben, das heißt, wenn Sie einen Preis von 1990 zahlen! haha, wie seine E-Mail zeigt: "wir haben eine Frage wegen des Appartements. Können sie sich vorstellen uns die Wohnung für ca. 2 Jahre zu einer Monatsmiete von 500 € zu vermieten? Es wäre schön, wenn wir uns vielleicht einmal treffen und darüber reden können. Viele Grüße Gisbert Müller“ Machen Sie sich keine Sorgen über eine erneute Buchung, denn Sie sind in unserem Eigentum nicht willkommen ;) und vielleicht ist es keine schlechte Option, sich ein Pflegeheim anzusehen !!! Valoración estancia
Hemos estado agusto, zona tranquila y cerca del centro. El contacto con el propietario ha sido inexistente ya que ni le hemos visto. Las mayores deficiencias son: Una lavadora para 10 apartamentos Una mini nevera ridícula en la cual no cabe ni con mucho la comida de una familia y que además el congelador no congela. Y por último unas camas que son una pesadilla.

The perfect place ...
I really loved this place. Perfect location in Puerto de la Cruz, very clean, very silent, not far from the center. Pool in front of the house, view to the Teide, and in every single question I had I got immediate help from the owner. I will definitely come back here ...

Excellent all round.
The property was very spacious, clean and well equipped to cook full meals. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It was a quiet neighbourhood with parking outside the gate. There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and it is possible to walk down into the main town and harbour area too. There were store cupboard ingredients, as well as shower gel, washing up liquid and beach towels. The cleaning staff worked very hard to clear up the pool area after the sand/wind storm, leaving the area very tidy the next day. Andres was easy to keep in contact with, and the directions and check in process caused no problems. We are already thinking about booking again next year!

Gemütliche kleine Anlage ...
... in der wir 4 schöne und erholsame Wochen verbracht haben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, die Lage ist gut und vor allem der „gute Geist“ der Wohnanlage, Señora Maria, die sich um Reinigung, Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel kümmerte und sehr hilfsbereit war, ist positiv zu erwähnen. Verbessert werden könnte der Zustand der Küche in Wohnung Nr. 8. Vor allem wäre für längere Aufenthalte ein größerer Kühlschrank wünschenswert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Wahrheit. Sehr angenehm, dass mit den Rollos die Zimmer sehr gut verdunkelt werden können. Blick auf den Teide und auf das Meer sind wunderbar. Ich komme wieder. Viele deutsche öffentlich rechtliche Fernsehprogramm auch ein plus.

Bon séjour dans cette résidence
Logement conforme à la description pour un séjour agréable. Les appartements à l'étage disposent d'une belle vue sur l'océan et sur le mont Teide. Logement calme et personnel discret et souriant. L'appartement se situe à 5 minutes du centre ville en voiture. A pied vous mettrez plus de temps, ça grimpe! Sans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à trois avec un enfant en bas âge.

2 Wochen in Las Flores
Wohnung ist ruhig und gut gelegen, sehr sauber, und gut ausgestattet. Frau Maria , die meist am Morgen da war, war sehr behilflich und nett. Mit dem Eigentümer und anderen Familenangehörigen hatten wir keinen Kontakt. Leider war die Qualität vom Wlan sehr schlecht. Parken kein Problem. Nettes Schwimmbad

Sehr saubere Wohnung, hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Liebevolle Begrüßung (1 Flasche Sekt, 1 Flasche Mineralwasser), sehr gute Matratzen, Handtücher in ausreichender Menge und guter Qualität. Sehr gepflegte und gut gesicherte Anlage. Und sehr preiswert. Freundlicher, umsichtiger Vermieter mit perfekter Fernbetreuung.

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena
Excelente atención tanto por parte de la anfitriona como del personal. El apartamento en excelente estado, muy cómodo facil acceso. Lo recomendaré y cuando vuelva a Tenerife repetiré.

Good size property with all the amenities you are likely to need. Within 20 mins walk of Loro Park and the Botanical Gardens. Views of town one way and Teide the other. Lovely local cafe at the top of the road and loads of others in the main town.

Great stay in Puerto
The appartment is located just outside old town puerto on a hill. Free parking available close to the appartment. Kitchen well equipped. Satellite TV with channells in all languages worked perfectly. Wifi is provided but in our case limited due to slow speed. One washing machine is available for all appartments in laundry room. We enjoyed our dinner on the balcony (breathtaking view of ocean and teide). We had no issues with getting sleep at night. Great owner responded very quickly and even greeted us with sparkling wine. We will be back Antje und Jürgen

Maravillosa estancia en Parque las Flores
Tanto a mí como a mi familia la estancia en Parque las Flores nos ha encantado. Desde el primer momento el trato de Andrés, el dueño, fue de lo más acertado y eso se agradece. La señora de la limpieza era muy amable y cumplía con su trabajo de manera correcta y eficiente. No nos faltó nunca de nada. El lugar es un poco ruidoso por el día, pero por la noche se duerme sin problema. El aparcamiento se encuentra con facilidad y los lugares de interés y la playa se encuentra a pocos minutos en coche. Si no se quiere coger el coche hay bares y restaurantes cercanos, así como un par de tiendas para comprar lo básico. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega diría que una lavadora en el apartamento no vendría mal, ya que la hay es comunitaria. El acceso a internet no funciona muy bien, pero bueno, tampoco es tan necesario cuando se está de vacaciones, ya que disfrutar y descansar el lo primordial. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Nosotros volveremos.
