Good location, needs TLC
I picked this apartment mainly for the central location, everything available on the doorstep.
However - it had its drawbacks.
The apartment door lock needs urgent attention, it was damaged and a nightmare to open.
No traffic noise but constant loud crowd noise because it was so near cafes etc. Throughout the night there was no peace, earplugs essential.
Kitchen equipment was minimal, no kettle, no toaster, only 2 wineglasses, no oven dishes etc. I like to cook and it wasn’t easy with the limited facilities.
Lots of tiny ants around the kitchen, couldn’t leave any food or drink open.
Ridiculous number of drawers in the bedrooms but nowhere to hang a dress!
All these problems could be sorted with a little care from the letting company.
