Regarding cleanliness, we have a daily cleaning protocol, unless the "Do Not Disturb" sign is posted. In any case, we are at your disposal 24 hours a day at the reception, in case you need anything else, remove the plastic from the bed or a more thorough cleaning of something in particular, you could have informed us and we would have been able to solve it immediately.
