For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! Those wanting to cool off chose the top pool. We will definitely come back every year as this part of Tenerife is fantastic… thank you for a lovely stay

Location is very good to me. Beach, shops, terraces, supermarket (big & small) and bus stop are close. Loved the pool area. Cleaning & Reception Services very good. I would love to come back!

I got what I paid for. Wasn’t the best, but for the price was good enough for a few nights. However at night the bar under the hotel is very noisy until very late!

Friendly staff, very clean and great location with supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the golden mile. Number 40 airport bus stop right outside the hotel.

This apartment hotel was excellent. I do B&B and in my opinion the cleaning team are excellent. The desk staff were polite and helpful and available 24hrs per day. The hotel is 10 minutes easy walk the the beach and as a solo traveller I felt safe in the area. The apartment had a small kitchen area with crockery, cutlery, hob, microwave and sink. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend the place to anyone.

Grande déception!!!J'ai pris une demie pensions à ma grande surprise en arrivant on m'annonce que il n'y avait pas de repas servi le soir! le petit-déjeuner très gras,ont avez pas grand choix. Le responsable de le hôtel m'a dit que expédia était informé! Jusqu’à présent aucun remboursement,aucun mail pour m’informez de la situation.j'avais un vol aéroport nord,alors que le hôtel se trouve a 15m de le aéroport sud. (pas très logique) J'attends le remboursement de ma demie pension.

Central location
Basic rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Good central location with walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay again, no noisy holiday makers it was quiet, we had a studio which had everything we needed. Decor a little dated but clean and tidy. Overall we had a lovely time and hope to stay again in the near future.

Hotellet som har ett mycket bra läge har en bra service utförd av trevlig personal. Sköna sängar och en bra utrustning för övrigt bidrar till att vistelsen blir mycket positiv.

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge mellan Los Cristianos och Playa de las Americas. Rum med mycket yta men något gammalt, men det är rent. Poolområdet är stort och fint. Solstolar finns det så det räcker. Poolbar med bra frukost.

We had a fabulous stay after a horrendous start to our holiday( in different apartments) imight add. The staff at the Marola Portosin were very helpful they let us check-in early once we had explained our predicament with to the reception. Then let us upgrade once a one bed apartment became available and always had a smile on their faces and helped with everything. I could not complain about anything the sunbathing area and the pool bar were cheap for both drinks and snacks. Thank you Alison and Mark.

Great location, atmospheres and clean
Really enjoyed the location as it was only a short walk to a variety of different areas. Staff are really friendly and helpful and apartment was cleaned daily. Nice atmosphere in the hotel with a good mix of guests. Only negative is that there was no air conditioning in the room just a fan which made it very hot at times.

Stayed here before and always found the accommodation good value for money. It was a bit noisy with groups of men staying this time. Will return.

Bra hotell till bra pris. Snyggt rent o trevlig personal. Kanske lite utanför nöjeskvarter men där fanns någon pub o några restrauranger i närheten.

Nur zur Durchreise
Wir sind von La Gomera gekommen und hatten vor unserem Heimflug am nächsten Tag noch einiges auf Teneriffa zu erledigen, deshalb waren wir nur für 1 Nacht im Hotel. Der Check-In ging zügig. Wir mussten eine Kaution in Höhe von 60 EUR für 2 Fernbedienungen (TV und Ventilator) hinterlegen. Das Zimmer war unseres Erachtens nicht sehr sauber, das Bad hatte die besten Jahre auch schon hinter sich. Länger als 1 Nacht hätte ich nicht bleiben wollen.

Estimada Sra. Lamentamos mucho leer que su experiencia en nuestros apartamentos no ha sido de su agrado. Como puede leer en lqa informacion de los apartamentos se indica que se pedira un deposito de 30€ por adulto a la llegada, en ningun caso este deposito es por los mandos a distancia . Procederemos a investigar sus comentarios sobre la falta de limpieza con el firme proposito de mejorar nuestros servicios. Saludos

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gepflegte Anlage, tolle Pool-Landschaft (kinderfreundlich), schöne Appartments mit geräumigen Zimmern und ausreichender Ausstattung, nette Reinmachefrauen, gute Lage (15-20 Minuten zum Meer), ab und an gibt es Probleme, einen Parkplatz (vor dem Hotel) zu finden, sofern man ein Mietauto hat, aber man kann kostenfrei am Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke parken (ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß) - SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERTE ANLAGE

Big issue with water but nice showers
Check in was smooth and staff very welcoming. Size of room was great and clean. Nice size balcony . Bar staff were fantastic and helpful when needing a dive on local area Breakfast expensive 9€ each The main problem that ruined are stay was no hot water and after 3 times of complaint they replaced the boiler but there still was not enough hot water for a shower . Have long hair could not even get my shampoo out before it went cold. Also leak around toilet so woke up every day with wet floor. Did not use the pool as not weather not good . Free table tennis and free giant chess which cam in handy . Good location 7 min walk to beach but on a hill. Supermarket opposite good and handy do not use pharmacy next door charge 18€ for paracetamol equivalent Wouldn't stay here again because of the water issue
