Patio area is uneven - but you have to expect a bit of ups and downs with a period property. Excellent location to Tenterden high street and its shops and restaurants.”

”I would never stay here again. It’s beautiful yet totally impractical for guests. There is a “no shoes allowed” policy meaning I slipped as I carried my bags up multiple flights of stairs in socks, no air conditioning & no actual shower (just a large bath with hand-held shower handle). I think the owners have severely misjudged what the average guest wants. I paid about the same the week before nearby at the Premier Inn for all the amenities I wanted in a better location. I’ll be staying there...
