”Staff was extremely courteous and responsive. Upon arrival we were met with a genuine greeting which was consistent throughout our stay. Room was small but clean and well decorated, reasonably priced. They even have a happy hour from 6-8pm!! Convenient walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Props to this new(ish) hotel for creating a welcoming, comfortable environment. 10/10 would stay here again. ”

”Where do i start? No toilet paper, no towels or cloths, TV was on an antenna. It would play for 3 seconds, glitch for 3 seconds. Someone had been in this room as there was water splashed on the counter and toilet. There's no soap etc, so if you brave staying here, bring your own. The sheets hadn't been changed. The pillows were literally brown under the cases. Also, they charge you an additional $10 charge when you check in. ”

”Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.”

”Excellent location, easily reachable from the airport with tram. Great views from 49th and 50th floor. We stayed here twice, both apartments were big, clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!”
