Big Bendin kansallis- ja State Park -alueella sijaitseva majoitus, jossa on ruudukko West Texas -kokemukseen.

Ten Bits Ranch -alueella on joitain kauneimmista näkymistä Big Bend -alueella. Vieraat voivat vaeltaa ja tutustua 500 yksityiseen hehtaariin maataan vapaa-aikanaan.

Nauti yksityisistä hotellihuoneista, joissa on ilmastointi, WIFI, satelliittitelevisio, oma kylpyhuone vanhassa Länsi-Texasin kaupungin teemassa. Ten Bits Ranch on vain (20) minuutin päässä Big Bendin kansallispuiston sisäänkäynniltä ja Terlinguan aavekaupungista. Olemme (20) minuutin päässä paikallisista aktiviteetteista, kuten Rio Aviationin luonnonkauniista lennoista, koskenlaskusta Big Bendissä, Big Bend Stablesin ratsastusta ja parhaista paikallisista baareista ja ravintoloista. Olemme (25) minuuttia upeita Big Bend Ranch -valtionpuistoja ja Lajitas Golf Resortia.

Yleiskauppa (huone # 4) on osa vanhan länsikaupungin teemakohtaista keskustaa, jossa on koulumaja (huone # 2), pankki (huone # 1), asekauppa (huone # 3). Siellä on myös jaettu palo-kuoppa ja yhteinen Cantinan ruokailutila, jossa täydellinen keittiö.

Check in and out was easy. Room needs a good cleaning. Ceiling blew dust everywhere when turned on. Did not know water was not potable but there was bottled for our use. Shower could use a good cleaning with Clorox. Blind in front window needs replacing. Not awful just ok for a couple of nights.

This was a completely unique experience. I loved our cabin...the general store...it was so comfortable. The surroundings were spectacular, especially the night sky, and it was so quiet. The cantina was great and was a hub of activity, especially in the morning, and it was fun to see other families having a great time. I've already recommended Ten Bits Ranch to family.

Die Hütten sind sehr einfach. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön!!! Die Küche für Frühstück sehr unübersichtlich, man weiss nicht was zur XB gehört und was den Gästen gehört. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Kein Gruss, kein Lächeln...nichts.

We are so glad we were able to stay here. The cantina - community kitchen- is a great concept. The room was very clean and the hike to Apache Cave Trail was a good "warm up" for Big Bend. Tivos restaurant and Chili Peppers were our go to places for great food and local information.

Amazing place, so full of character & charm! Comfortable rooms had everything you needed or Taqueria had it 24/7. Host was so accommodating when we had to change our travel dates & easy to talk to with other questions. You are off the grid, though, so phone was spotty & access road bumpy. Our big Doberdane loved running around in the open spaces & meeting other guests. Hike to Apache Caves gave cool view of property & area.

We had such a good time! Such a wonderful property we managed to hike to the Apache Cave. Well not me my husband. We watched the sunrise and the sunset and loved the Cantina. My husband sharpened some knives for you. FYI, we hope to come again and bring the whole family!

Very relaxing, awesome views and quiet for the most part. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I do feel that the room could have been a little cleaner. There were crumbs and dust on top of the microwave and mini fridge. Both small lamps had cobwebs on them. The bottom of the cloth shower curtain was stained and there was someone's fake eyelash in the bottom of the shower. I get rustic and that is fine, but a little cleanliness goes along way. This isn't the owners fault but it was so disappointing to see other guests not clean up after themselves after preparing their meals in the Cantina. They provide some food and water and people were carrying it out left and right.

For summer travel, many of restaurants close for the summer or have limited hours, so plan ahead. The road to the property at Ten Bits Ranch is best suited to high clearance vehicles. It is drivable in a sedan, but very slowly.

Hidden gem

So happy to stumble on this quaint little western casita village so close to Big Bend, but off the beaten path. Also glad we took the truck because the road in is not for the meek. Beautiful scenery and sunsets & really enjoyed exploring Terlingua. Loved our stay.

Enjoyable Stay

We found this to be the perfect place to stay as we explored Big Bend. Perfect combination of feeling remote and safety with the other units on the property. The shared cantina was a great place to chat with other people and have access to a full kitchen and grills. Large property with a fun short hike and lots of area to explore when hanging out near the room. Would highly recommend.

For the area i would consider it luxury compared to other options. Nestled in awesome setting. Didnt have to share toilet with others. Other cabins occupants inconsiderate for leaving outside porch lights on. Is supposed to be dark zone to see night sky.

Great place to unplug but still have hot showers

I loved our stay at the Ten Bits Ranch. The atmosphere was fun and the night sky was incredible. If you want to almost unplug this is the place for you! While you still have electricity, heat/AC, hot showers, wifi etc. you can sit on the porch in silence and truly reset. While it IS way out there it is definitely worth it. OH-and truly bring your own food-the grocery store in Teralingua is PRICEY!

Our stay at the General Store

General Store is a well appointed handicap accessible room. The room did not have a keurig unlike some of the newer rooms. The refrigerator worked well, maybe too well as it froze some of our items that we left inside of it. The room had a musty odor inside. The front porch is nice, however your view is blocked by the paneling on the porch railing. The air conditioning unit works really well and overall the room is pretty soundproof; the only real noise on the property is the commercial generators that occasionally activated. We did not hear them when we were inside the unit. The cantina was well appointed, we did find some leftover products left by previous guests which were well past their expiration dates. The refrigerators are very handy, however, they should be monitored for old/stale or expired food products. We noticed by day three of our stay that the bottled water for the keurig’s was running low. We had plenty of water on to support making coffee. All in all our stay was very enjoyable, peaceful and we were able to get some amazing pictures of wildlife up on the ridge and photos of the comet that was recently viewable. Now that we have the layout of the property; we are looking forward to another trip to the area.

Loved it, would recommend!

We had a great time here, loved the theme and spectacular location. Enjoyed the sunsets from the rocking chairs on our porch. I was initially weary of the shared kitchen/common area, but it was lovely and may have been one of my favorite parts. It was well decorated and clean, and it was cool to meet fellow Big Bend visitors. Location is secluded, which we loved, but it was an easy drive to groceries and Big Bend. Room was very clean and well stocked with lots of towels and bottles of water. I really can't think of a single thing wrong with our stay. We looked forward to coming back every evening to enjoy the scenery and amenities. Can't wait to visit again someday!

What an AWESOME place!

Ten Bits Ranch was a great getaway. The views were spectacular. The people were very helpful and the amenities were plentiful. I highly recommend this place to get away from the big city life!

Great get-away!

Stayed I the General Store. Loved decorations. Great location but a little further off highway than I planned. Plan to return in spring!
