"The customer service was top - they really tried their best to make us feel comfortable but unfortunately the room was terrible. It was so dirty and old. We could not stay there. If you are on a tight budget - maybe you can do a few nights but for us it was a big no. We checked out within two hours. But the customer service was amazing."
