âThis is a newer place in a done-over bus depot. The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you donât really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. So, very hands off and was good for our purposesâbeing left alone and just coming and going as we needed. The place is clean and new, room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here againâ
âFantastic stay. Breakfast was awesome and everyone at the hotel really makes the difference. The terrace room was outstanding. Only negative would be no AC in bathroom which makes it quite difficult for a while to get ready with all the fog. But would got back in a heartbeat - was totally 5* hotel!!! Thank you!!!â

Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.â
âThey to cover the window fully the streetlight is too bright and for someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness itâs hard to sleep. Or the bedroom has to have blinds that closes fully. â
âHotel des Couterllier is located nearby high traffic tourist areas, but comfortably away from the high traffic. It is easy to walk to restaurants, art galleries, and shopping, but the hotel itself is quiet. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We quite enjoyed our stay.â

The only thing is that the room could use a few more hooks and hangers to put your clothes especially if you are there for more than 3 nights. We were living out of our suitcase. Overall a 10/10â
âFrom check in to check out everything was digital. Make sure your phone is charged as the codes to get into the building and your room are sent to your email. I recommend writing them down on a small card in case your phone runs out of battery while there. When we needed to contact customer service, someone was always available and replied right away. The restaurant is very good, the price point is high, but I recommend it for a nice dining experience. We had drinks just about every night...
