”I would stay here again”

”This property had a ton of space! It was an old house, and the property owner did a fantastic job turning it into a place for friends to stay. It is located near the university campus as well as train tracks. Thus, we were pleasantly surprised to find white noise machines in each bedroom! That may have been the most thoughtful 'amenity' I've ever encountered in a vacation rental.We also love the character this house had!!”

”This is a sprawling space for numerous guests. We considered it a rare find as it has minimal steps (2 from entry to house) with hand rails. There is also an accessible bathtub/shower. The host was very responsive.”

”Place had not been cleaned from other rental but contacted host and she got it cleaned immediately. ”

”It was a beautiful home on the lake. We were able to take the kayaks out which was a lot of fun. The hot tub was a perfect temperature. The indoor swimming pool was very nice as well. We had family competitions on the dart board in the basement and with the arcade games.It was a great stay with our two dogs and family. ”

”Great communication with host prior to arrival and during stay. Pool area is amazing. Lots of space for 3 families to spread out, but also great areas to all be together. Nice touch with Christmas tree as we were there over the holidays. The pool was amazing for the kids. Imagine in the summer with all the numerous patio doors open, it would be just as nice if not nicer!A few feedback items: no working coffeemaker in the house despite the wonderful pictures of the coffee station. ”Place was fairly nice. Had an issue with significant odor coming from hot water. Talked with owner and he will probably change hot water heater. TV did not work and no instructions. Called manager who talked me thru hooking up the new satellite Dish system properly. Had to change HDMI plug. Place should come with printed TV use instructions for guests. WIFI not available which was advertised. Manager stated it was beyond their control. Outside had some hazards such as ground holes and caved in...
