”I’d rented two rooms. When we showed up to one of the rooms the beds had been slept in and there were dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. The other room smelled like a cigarette. The staff tried to immediately clean the rooms, but it was weird.”

”Heater didn’t work. I slept in my clothes.
Tub is worn out and disgusting. I never took a shower.
Lamps were cheap and provided inadequate light.
Bathroom mirror was a carnival display of colors.
Bath fan was loud and grinding.
Well water from the sink smelled.
Large crack in the ceiling in the bedroom ran completely across the room.”
