Room is ugly. No water or cups for the coffee. No water in the fridge. The pillows sucks!!!
The only thing that was nice was the ocean view. Incredible view.

”The unit was clean and ready to go, once we found it. We arrived after dark and could not find it but Silver, the host, met us at the entry of this gated community and escorted us up.
We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive.
The unit is huge and could use some more furnishing but the basics were there. We only did breakfast at the unit...

”Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our...

”My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience.
Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...
