”Die Höhenlage des Anwesen ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man bergab unkompliziert mit dem Auto an der Haupt-Küstenstrasse von Moraira. Leider hat man von der Terrasse nur einen eingeschränkten seitlichen Fernblick (ohne Meerblick). Die zusätzliche Terrasse auf der Garage im Nebengebäude haben wir nicht genutzt, da dies zu umständlich war. Das Ferienhaus präsentierte sich bei Übergabe wie beschrieben. Räume und Aussenanlagen waren sehr sauber. Das schon ältere Gebäude wurde weitgehend...

”What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer...

”The most relaxing 6 weeks in this wonderful Villa, everything was perfect. The Host responded quickly with any queries we had on our arrival. Location perfect Moraira is a lovely relaxing small friendly town with a number of restaurants to try then can return to the Villa which is situated in a quiet residential area. Car is essential Excellent selection of supermarkets in the are. Will definitely be returning next year”

”We had a fabulous time in this house. The view is breathtaking, no need for TV when you can just enjoy the view of Moraira. The pool was excellent, good size and the cleanest water we have seen in a pool. The layout of the house is perfect with the bedrooms in the back and kitchen with its own access to the pool area. We used the Weber grill every evening and perfect space for eating and the possibility to keep an eye over the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped, so we had all our dinner at...

”Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again.”

Paula knows all about the area and is very helpful and accommodating. Our favorite restaurant Enzo is only a 3 minute walk. Could not imagine a finer place for us while on the Costa Blanca.”

The location in the hills was perfect, with a lovely light breeze that helped us cool off in the evening after a hard day in the pool. It also gave a lovely view of the town and the sea beyond. ”This apartment is situated in the heart of Moraira town. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars shops. It's a good base for traveling around the coast to other nearby towns. The property is modern and bright and has recently had renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms. We were met by Kelly who gave us a warm welcome as always and looked after us during our stay. She was on hand to deal with any queries we had. Looking forward to our next stay.”
