”I was disappointed to get there and be told they didn't see my booking and the place was fully booked. I got allocated a random room of someone who did not come back, not the room I picked and paid for. When I took a shower the room got filled with water going all the way to the bed. The basin was also leaking. The room was full of spiders and spider webs all over. I will not be booking there again. I didn't even bother going for breakfast this morning. ”

”Veldig fine rom og utrolig hyggelig personale. Veldig rent på hele gjestehuset og rengjøring på rommet var helt fantastisk. Deilig senge og håndklær på rommet. Vi spise middag en dag og frokost og var utover forventninger og veldig godt. Veldig god service på alle måter og et hyggelig vertsskap.”

”The room was spotless and very comfortable. The establishment is very user-friendly and meets all the needs of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful, which makes your stay so enjoyable. The food is divine and prepared on time as requested. We will definitely visit again and it is perfect for an overnight on your way to other destinations. ”Loveyl spacious and clean room, really helpful staff who did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. The room was about a 1minute walk to the Theme park rides and breakfast was good quality and with great variety. Would happily stay again”

”Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

”Sopii kokeneelle Etelä-Afrikan kävijälle. Johannesburgin keskusta on vaarallinen, ja siellä tulee AINA käyttää taksia, ellei varmasti tunne aluetta. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli tarjosi ilmaisen kyydin kongressipaikalle ja takaisin, ja kuljetuspalvelusta voi tilata kohtuuhintaisen taksin minne vain, esim. lentokentälle. Hotelli avusti kaupunkikierrosten ja eläinpuistokäyntien löytymisessä. Ainoastaan Etelä-Afrikan talvella lämmitysjärjestelmä ei vastaa suomalaista tasoa missään,...

”The property is beautiful outside, rooms are okay . Not what I expected but I love that they are clean to the T. Furniture is cracked, there’s also a cracked wall in the bathroom. Love how big the mugs are had a nice cup of tea in it. We had to shower with cold water !! So disappointing, the hot water is limited at night Overall the stay was good.”

”We experienced great service from the desk, in particular the travel desk and their partners, and the ground floor cosy cafeteria. The only problem was that the toilette & bathroom was not at all separated from the main room !! It was really unpleasant. It is not the fault of the hotel that Joburg is not not considered safe for tourists to walk around. We got good help from the staff to live with this problem - transportation, reservations, even walking with us to nearby places to take care of...
