"First of all the reception was told to be open until 5 pm. We arrived at 4.45 with hurry to be on time but no one was there anymore. We found only a board which told our room number and that the keys will on the door. Our room was on ground level under the stairway to the next floor. It was terrible. Everyone who walked on the stairs made terrible noise to our room. There was people walking almost all the time to or from their rooms between 6 - 10.30 pm. And the same thing begun again 7.30 am. Also every footstep from upstars sound like the ceiling is coming down."

"Keittiössä oli tarpeeksi astioita ja välineitä. Tarvitsimme lisää, ja saimmekin niitä ystävälliseltä henkilökunnalta. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen. Sohvan vuode oli melko epämukava, hieman rikki ja piti ääntä. Uima-allas oli todella lämmin, mikä on sen tarkoituskin, mutta olisi hauska, jos olisi ollut kylmäallas myös."
