”The fact that the elevator was not working and after driving six hours and getting in at midnight then having to haul all the luggage up three flights of stairs it was not pleasant. The only thing the front desk person said was the manager did not want to pay a service call all weekend so it was not working did not help at all”

”The hotel is far too expensive for what you'll find. The whole hotel smells bad, the carpets are filthy, the bed smelled bad too, and the breakfast was awful—you can't even call it breakfast, just cold boiled eggs. If you're looking for a clean place, don't go to this hotel.”

”We were put in a handicap room which we did not need. We had trouble with the door not opening with our card. Other than that we were OK with the room.”

”The hotel was conveniently located for my trip. Room was clean but the drains were slow so had to stand in 4” water to shower and a sink full to wash my face. The bar/restaurant had specials and neither the Buffalo wings or the Bourbon drink was available when we got there at 7:30 PM for dinner. Our staff was OK but I a positive note. The breakfast was really good. The girl who was working, the breakfast area was an absolute sweetheart and made our stay a little bit more enjoyable. I would stay...

”Room wasn't clean. Air vents needed to be cleaned. Toilet seat hinge was missing revealing yellow stain.”

”I was only staying one night so it was fine for my needs, but the site was really in bad shape. At least the bed linens were clean. Wifi was barely existent, but if you found it, I was able to check email. Didn't test out the TV or bath. It's ok to crash, but beware of the site and the area in town. I was also not traveling with a car, which I might be concerned about leaving. The check in staff was really nice and had some great local recommendations.”
