About this space
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun--Up to 18 guests! Here are a few highlights:
-2 community swimming pools with small fee

-15 minutes to the lake to paddleboard, kayak & bird watch

-fully stocked kitchen with spices, kitchen tools, etc.
The space
Enjoy 7 bedrooms. 2 king beds, 1 bunk room with 2 full and 2 twin beds, and 5 queen beds. There is also a futon in the family room if extra space is needed. One of my favorite things is the blackout blinds in most of the rooms...you'll sleep so well!

There is a large family room in the basement with an air hockey table and ping-pong.

We often see deer and other wildlife right out our back porch! The fall colors are amazing but it will start to get chilly so you'll want to pack and jacket!
Guest access
We will send you an access code 12 hours before check-in. This is allows for easy entry to the house.
Other things to note
SMILE- YOU ARE ON CAMERA!!! For your protection and ours, we have a cameras on the property.

House Rules:
There are NO PETS allowed on the property. We have family members very sensitive to pets (even hypo-allergenic ones!). There will be a $500 fine for any animal on the premises.

NO SMOKING: $500 fee for any smoking evidence found on the property.

NO PARTIES: Please don't invite all your friends over for our party at our house--go to the lake for that! : )

NO EXTRA GUESTS: Please reach out if you need extra space for your family get together. We have another property for rent close by.
