”We arrived late after a long day of events, only to find out that Embassy had overbooked their rooms, leaving us without 2 of our 3 rooms reserved. They did send us over to their sister hotel, for the same fee…. Which meant we went from a two room suite to a small one room stay… not quite the same thing at all for the same price! Secondly, we got a call the next morning telling us we needed to get out of our rooms, because they overbooked in that hotel, and they needed our rooms to be freed...

”Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”

”This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in for a long time!! We were so impressed that I joined Marriot Club!🌞 The room was spacious and had a nice Small kitchen with a apartment size frig with ice maker. Beds are very comfortable even the fold out couch bed was good. Shower was very nice!! Breakfast was over the top!! Close walking distance to events, restaurants, bars, and other activities!! Will definitely stay there again if in Omaha!!🌞🌞 ”

”Ian, the night desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. This morning Jeff and a young lady were both very friendly and helpful as well. They pointed out things of interest to me, I heard them doing the same to other travelers, and I heard Jeff asking other travelers what they thought of things they did the previous day. Room was clean, did not notice anything that needed attention. The only thing, it was nice having soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash accessible, the hand soap is...
