”We thought the rooms and hotel altogether were superb but it wasn’t near as awesome as the staff. Night employees as well as day employees were probably the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating and eager to help in anyway possible staff I’ve ever met. 2 different times I went downstairs for something and ended up standing in the lobby visiting with different staff at the desk. That talk to you like they’ve known you forever. Staff like this would’ve made the stay worth it even if it had been...
