”Horrible experience. Arrived at 11:30PM. Late. But usually, you have a front desk where you could ring a bell and an attendant would come out. Here, the building doors were locked after 11:00PM. The instructions tell you to grab the phone on the wall and dial 500 after hours. No answer. Tried multiple times. Decided to press 2 for reservations. Of course somebody answers there because it means money. I explained the lady I had a reservation but nobody was answering the front desk. She tried...
