”I felt the room was poorly designed. Difficult to watch tv from the couch even though the tv pivots. Toilet and sink in separate areas. No end table for drinks by the couch. I didn’t like the bar next to the front desk. I didn’t like the restaurant menu. Breakfast was average at best. Pros…. Rooms were very clean and staff were excellent. I usually go to Embassy Suites but your location was considerably closer to my destination. I still prefer Embassy Suites.”

”We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The only down side of it was the entrance (very narrow and one way) and the pool (very small and super far from the hotel rooms). The breakfast was great and they had lots of healthy options. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was a wonderful add. Not the typical pullout bed . This was almost as a rail bed, very convenient for little kids and families. I would totally recommend it !”

”Property is under reconstruction. Kids running and playing in hallways. Had to walk down 2 very long hallways to get to our room. Limited elevators. Furniture stashed in hallways. Room itself was nice. Overall experience-not so much.”

”What a nice stay! Decent breakfast in a very cool town. I was there for a concert about Friday and stay for 2 days at the St Louis Factory which is like a mile and a half away wish I could have checked it early but it was raining like crazy everything else was perfect. Except for an Uber driver that had nothing to do with the hotel who rifled me around the whole town to charge extra obviously he didn't get the money have a nice day everyone :-)”

”When you walk in, it smells fine. When we opened the door to go back to our room the hallway it doesn’t smell great, but once we got to our room the smell was decidedly bad. The kitchen cupboards need updated. It was nice having a full size refrigerator. Our room had exactly 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. No hand towels and no towels in the kitchen either. WiFi worked well, as did the air conditioner. Also, the color scheme of tan and brown, made things seem dingy and depressing. It also...
