”Easy parking, clean rooms.”

”The staff where very friendly but the hotel was falling apart”

”This is probably the best place to stay in my opinion when visiting Springfield. It's off the road just a bit so the rooms are quiet and there is plenty of parking and you feel very safe here. The rooms are what you would expect and the breakfast is pretty good. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here. All good!”

”Breakfast was good! Room was never cleaned for my 3 night stay. They just made the bed. Did not provide more coffee. Gal that runs the breakfast was very pleasant.”

”It was much more than what I was expecting for the price. Kristen at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and very patient with kindness! The room was great with everything you needed for meal prep. All staff you came in contact with was always asking how you stay was and did you need anything. We will definately choose this hotel again!”

”Good location. Not very clean. Trash by elevators was overflowing and smelly. Carpets in hallway not very clean. Soap in shower was out.”

”Area was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was terrible which is one reason we stay at quility inns the worst we've ever had.”

”Good”

”The room was far from being clean and the bathroom did not seem sanitary. I was in transition and chose Super 8 based off the reviews online. Because I had a lot of luggage I chose not to move hotels; however, I did clean the room and bathroom thoroughly once I decided to stay. The rate advertised fits the quality of cleanliness received. I would not recommend unless you were looking for a place to get warm if it is cold outside. The front clerks are very attentive and informative.”

”Check in staff was great!”

”This was my first stay and it was exceptional! Everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful. The check in process was quick. The room was neat and clean. It was large and provided a work area for doing my course work for school. All the necessities were available in the room. The noise level was barely noticeable. It was quiet during the night as well. Will definitely stay again if I am back in the area!”

”Excelente servicing”

”The pool was half full of green slime, not crystal clear as the photos showed. Half of the rooms were torn up getting renovated. The continental breakfast was laughable. On the positive side, our room was acceptable though the bedspread was stained. The renovation of the bathroom was sloppy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bed felt like a mattress pad had been placed on top of a piece of plywood. No cups or drinking glasses in the room. The staff was indifferent and drywall...

”It was a wonderful experience staying at this location. The only drawback was they did not provide a breakfast.”
