”The front desk clerk at check in was very kind and conversational. He was a former Memphian like myself and we talked good BBQ our first night, then he and my son talked soccer the next night. I applaud his friendliness.”
”The hotel is in great shape being fairly new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We have the 2 bedroom suite with living room and full kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the sofa was decent for a 3rd bed option. The rooms did not come with the pillows and sheets for the 3rd person but the front desk staff was super helpful and got us what we needed. ”Marcus and Skylar really did a wonderful job on making sure my family was taken care of during our stay for our family reunion. Even though it was a lot of us they remained calm and professional during check-in, during our stay, and during check-out. The hotel was a lil different from what a few people was use to but because of the fantastic service from Marcus, Skylar, and staff that weekend it was overlooked. Wonderful job team!”
