”Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was better than average. However, when the breakfast got busy, the garage overflowed and no one from the hotel bothered to empty the trash. Not a pleasant sight. Especially when the garbage bin was in full view of the front desk.”

”I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different.
Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel...

The not so good
We stayed here in the same room for two weeks and five days. Because we extended our stay, though we stayed in the same room, we had to ask to have our sheets changed. That happened on our ninth day, ONLY because I had to ask three times.
Dishes- two plates two saucers two juice glasses and two “full” sized glasses. One butter...
