”Rebecca was very unhelpful after a very long night of travel. We called multiple times in advance to let them know of our early morning arrival time, and did book the night before knowing that the room may not be available upon our arrival in the next morning. She refused to listen or read the pass on notes from the other VERY helpful staff.
