”We checked in on a Thurs afternoon and the staff member on duty at the front desk was great. He was very gracious and made us feel right at home. When our driver needed help locating the hotel due to construction going on, the staff member got on the phone and gave him directions. Other staff members for the rest of our stay were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the waffles and yogurt for breakfast.”

”Great location to Frost bank center and easy access also to downtown. Lots of food options in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very big (yes also super high up) and comfy bed. Walls were thin but luckily had well behaving neighbors so no problems there. This one did meet my expectations for the price and the reviews I had read. ”

”Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There were ants in the bathroom, throughout the sleeping area, and even a few on the bed. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that maintenance would come address it, but no one ever showed up.
Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly in either the hallway or the room, making the stay uncomfortable. The hot tub was also out of order for my entire stay, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. To...
