”This place was amazing, clean and welcoming. It’s closed to the beach. Lots of restaurants around. The check in was smooth. And they have amazing coffee and a bunch of snacks. DEFINITELY WORTH IT.”

”The room I booked and paid for in December was not the room I received nor was it in the property. Dingy and outdated was my room as opposed to the pictured antique and charming room. At no time during my 4 night stay was my room freshened up. Great location, but there I would never stay there again.”

”Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying.”

”If you are looking to stay near Bowman’s Warf this is the perfect place. It’s quaint, quiet and the breakfast is delicious! They were so helpful and friendly and I will be returning! This Inn is in walking distance to the free trolley service and shopping.”

”The “newly renovated hotel” was a disappointment. ac was broken and the cold water did not work only scalding. So we moved rooms across the world to one that was still open but smelled of cologne like someone had just been in there for a quickly. Staff was rude at bar. They booked the wrong massages at the spa but luckily cut the price. So expensive for the headaches.”

The breakfast had a great variety of options, and having coffee available 24/7 was very much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The property is also conveniently located just 9 minutes drive from downtown Newport, with plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.”

”We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh! I went to the front desk and they did not have any but the gentleman popped out to the local store to get some for us. I said...
