”I got a room specifically for the large bathtub with water jets. The tub was dirty with stains (ring around the tub) and the water jets barely worked. The room above me had children that were stomping and running. I waited until 10 pm and called the front desk about the noise. The noise stopped for an hour and started back up. The running and stomping on the floor continued until about 2 am. The air-condition was not working correctly. It wasn't cooling very well. The refrigerator would not get...

”The stay was okay, but you definitely get what you pay for. The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early. If I had to do it again I’d spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.”

”We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon.
