”The staff went above and beyond when I arrived and my friend was having a medical emergency. The manager Caitlyn got a wheelchair, got me situated and got aid for my friend. She checked on me the rest of time I was there and her and her team even sent me chocolate covered strawberries to make me feel better! Amazing management team. The staff is top notch and I will never stay anywhere else after seeing how they handled this medical emergency. ”

”Entering the hotel, reminded me of hotels in Florida very nice landscaping very tropical with a nice courtyard and a pool in the center. I was facing the hotel across the parking lot, which wasn’t a problem. The room that I was in was a bit dated. I figured that the facility is in need of a lot of updating. However, the shower was great even though the soap was the size of a quarter but I usually bring my own so I won’t hold that against them. The television worked fine. The toilet worked fine....

”The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....
