Huoneistohotellit – The Carolinas

”After a booking mixup on what Expedia had listed & what the property details were.. we were happily surprised that the staff & GM made an exception for our reservation. Everyone was very helpful, room was great, clean, great outdoor spaces & easy beach access.”

”Customer service was awful....charged me twice for deposit before I even checked in.... Just not a pleasant time this go rouns. .”

”Nice and clean, staff courteous”

”Perfect.”

”The family friendliness.”

”Enjoyed our time there. On a beautiful cove of the lake.”

”The room was large and well set up. It was very clean. Only a sheet and thin coverlet on the bed - I would have liked a blanket. A short walk to the beach (two blocks?) Entry by code was great, but could have been nerve-wracking if my phone had run out of battery while out on the beach or if I left my phone in the room. I guess there are issues with leaving keys, too, though. It may be obvious desk clerks have been visited by me due to lost keys on occasion.”

”It was a very nice vacation club. They had activities planned throughout the day that you could attend if you’d like. My kids really enjoyed themselves.”
