”My husband and I wanted a quiet and romantic getaway for our spring break. Hotel Mountain Brook gave us this experience and more! We stayed in the Raven Cabin. Despite being outside of the main lodge, we wanted for nothing. Our Innkeepers Jen and Chloe were so hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. All staff members, especially Pia, Nicole, and Tanner made our snowy, April stay quaint and comfortable. We loved our stay and our visiting innkeeper, Chloe, so much that we are visiting Silver...

”The hotel was very nice. If you are looking for peace and quiet, look no further. You have a peaceful trout stream that flows behind it. Only downside is no major amenities near by. ”

”It was an amazing stay for our ski trip. Very clean and comfortable beds. Convenient with a good quality food market next door. Kids love the game room as an after ski activity. Only wish the kitchen was equipped with dishwasher and stocked with cooking oil.”

”Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business.”
