There were plenty of beds, bathrooms and seating. The front porch and deck were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the rustic scenery. The home and yard were clean and well kept. ”This property completely met our needs. We were attending a 3-day family event, so we didn't do much cooking & I can't speak to activities in the area. As mentioned in another review, the property has a lot of levels (up or down 1-2 steps) in the main living area, but that was not an issue for us.”

”Second time staying and it’s quiet and comfortable. The one thing that was lacking was a supply of toilet paper . Both times I stayed there was only a single roll and I had to buy my own at the grocery store nearby.”

”The house is located off Woodland valley stream and has a nice outdoor area to sit by the fire and enjoy nature. The home is over 100 years old and although it is updated it still retains its old world charm.”

”Spent two nights and wanted a place where we could easily bike into town and got exactly that! The sound of the creek outside was so relaxing, accommodations were clean and comfy. Definitely would return!”
