”I had a lovely stay at the Benson - the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were updated and generously sized, and the property couldn’t have been better maintained! Great spot if you need accommodations in the Aurora area.”

”The entrance is clean, but when you start going into the hotel for example the elevator smelled like sweat. Got into the hotel room and the couches were filled with stains. The room stunk of odor. The couch next to our tv had an iron stain. Our pillows were stained. Not a good experience at ALL. The rest of the hotel hallways smelled like smoke. There was a ton of homeless people as-well right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and incredibly understanding. Gave us a full refund.”

”As always, Drury hotels is the best decision for us travelling with kids. The best things we love about it: staff is amazing, breakfast food is exceptional, and kickbacks are like in no other place. Very convenient for kids, since you don't have to think about supper options to accommodate everyone. Things to improve: Bathrooms by the pools are always nasty and do not get cleaned enough, if at all. We stayed 4 days and it didnt look like it was cleaned. Same for the pool area, not clean,...

”Our room was very large, as well as the bathroom. Everything was extremely clean. We did have trouble with the microwave being broken and the controls were in Spanish. When I checked out the person at the front desk was sound asleep and it took me several times calling to him to wake him. But overall, we really liked the hotel and it was in a safe location.”
