”Room heat was sporadic at best”

”My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance in the common restrooms. The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. Improving the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Danny”

”⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with my recent stay at La Quinta in Stamford (Exit 6). I checked into my room and quickly noticed that the shower was dirty, with visible stains that made it feel unsanitary. The room did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel I have used many times before. After only 4 hours, I decided to check out and leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the young man at the front desk and explained my concerns and why I was checking out early. I’ve stayed at this location...

”For the most part the room seemed ok. But the deodorizer used and overused inside the mini fridge made us ill. This chemical permeated our food and water containers and we were sick for a full day afterwards. (Our waterbottles, not disposable types, still reek 2 days later after scrubbing thrm with alcohol. We will need to know what that chemical was due to the sensitivity we experienced. Overuse of scented chemicals does not confer cleanliness. Parking was fine and ac unit worked very...

”This place is clean, the staff is nice and the floors inside are quiet. It's nice for a short stay and it's simple, nothing flashy. The restaurant was good and the pricing was as expected for a hotel. Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. Hot water and the shower pressure up on the third floor was great. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The only negative thing I can say is that our room was on the northern boulevard side and the road noise in the early morning was pretty loud...

”The maid walked in my room at 1030 am and started yelling at me to check out its not even 11 she saw me outside of the door smoking and was very rude”

”Went to check in but no hostess was available for 45 mins after check in. Room was not very clean and one chair had a ton of stains on it. The fire alarm went off twice during our stay once at 5pm and 2am.”

”The property says newly renovated and no smoking but the bathroom had stains on the sink and smelled like smoke. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, too, though I do appreciate that the shower head had an adjustable stream. The staff was great, and it was fine for our one night stay. The bed was comfortable the iron seemed new, and there were plenty of outlets. Overall good, just the bathroom seemed....worn.”

”The first room we stayed in the A/C was broken. We moved to a second room which had no kitchen (under construction) as promised and the toilet clogged during the night. We were given a a plunger and instructed to clear the clogged toilet ourselves. No Happy”
