”I had several issues with this property. I do not normally post negative comments but I feel that it is necessary in this case.
First, and most importantly, I requested a soft pillow. The existing pillows were rock hard, very heavy, and unusable. I was told that they just ordered these new pillows but did not order anything other than hard ones. Not only is this unacceptable for a highly rated hotel, but they were not kind.
