Chalet't – The Dakotas

”One of the favorite places on our road trip! Loved the vibe when walking to the room. Was clean and cozy with nice relaxing music playing. Had a cookie happy hour. Pool and hot tub was nice and also has complementary laundry that didn’t require coins and provided a basket which is not provided at a lot of places. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Great also for getting to Custer State park and Mt Rushmore”

”Clean room as always and the staff were very helpful.”

”The bartender was obviously did not like his job. Complained to me about schedule and other staff and was not friendly to anyone. When I said something to him about it he became a little nicer. You needed to be a weightlifter to turn on the shower. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that said to push the handle really hard to turn it on. Why not just fix it? The desk clerk that checked us in was not really friendly either. Room was worn, but mostly clean.”
