Chalet't – The Dakotas

”It’s an older hotel going thru renovations and there was a crew painting the exterior during our stay so there was some noise from them working. The breakfast is more continental but had the powdered scramble eggs and link sausages. The nightly cost was in line with the amenities tho. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff seemed to be wearing multiple hats so sometimes they weren’t at the front desk. The hotel sits right on the highway so you get noise from the semi...

”Clean rooms and staff were good. Breakfast was terrible. Only gravy on grits with fruit and cereal offered. No eggs, meat of any kind. Apple juice was ok and no room to eat so I ended up in sauna room table eating. Rooms are out dated with keyed locks still. Price is good but not the best stay.”

”I contacted the property about a week in advance, asking if they had anything parking for a truck and trailer but they did not respond. They did not have parking for us.”

”TV remote did not work. Room had a terrible odor (not sure what exactly it smelled off). And it was extremely noisy around 9pm. People shouting and swearing at each other (I think it was staff screaming at staff). We won’t stay there again.”
