”Oasis in the middle of Waikiki! Location is the best you can get in Waikiki. The hotel and the rooms are top notch classy in every detail with a beach house vibe. We had a premium room with Diamond Head view on the 15th floor with a huge terrace I will miss forever. The property is very well maintained and service is immaculate. Do not look further, this is the place to be in Honolulu! ”

”The location was the main event! 2 blocks from the beach and the heart of Waikīkī! It was awesome! The partial view was better than expected. ”Great resort for families and the location it’s perfect. You can walk and do a lot of activities just walking distance. Staff is friendly at the front desk the cleaning crew tried to bypass cleaning (That part I didn’t like) not once they cleaned the room during our stay specifically when they are charging luxurious prices. ”Rooms were EXTREMELY noisy. The air-to-air heat pump in the window was unbelievably noisy. Also the noise from the street was really loud, you could almost hear people speaking on the street though our room was on the 18th floor…and there was also street work going on (drilling!) all night long. But the staff was very friendly, breakfast was quite nice and free coffee was great! Easy access to the beach and clean rooms.”

”Wonderful resort”

”Our room was upgraded to a mountain view and it was beautiful and the room itself is simple but neat. Only problem is that the bathroom curtains doesn’t cover the entire tub because the pole that’s used to hang it is curved down. So everytime we showered there would always be water on the bathroom floor because it’s not full coverage. But overall the room is nice.”

”Place was very beautiful very calm I would for sure come again. Food is pretty alright. Recommend eating out. The staff customer service is something they could work on but the room felt very home like and very clean. I do recommend staying here overall.”
