”We stayed here after I had abominal surgery at Stanford and it was amazing! Beautiful and relaxing! Would love to stay here again on just a "regular" vacation!”

”Alarm kept on beeping in the morning, the blanket felt super thin and cheap, the shower kept on leaking outside floor to the toilet, and the front desk staff was a bit indifferent while checking in so that felt extremely unwelcoming..wouldn’t come back in the future.”

”The location is great (near Stanford), but the space was cramped. The bathroom was tiny, and the bottles were not properly labeled (hand soap was in the lotion dispenser). A continental breakfast was listed when I booked the room, but then I was told that there was none when I got there. Parking though is included. If you're looking for a functional room, this works.”

”It’s a pretty basic motel. Maybe a little bit bigger than average but the showers were not very nice. There’s no bathtub. And, there’s a fee if you have an animal, which I think is kind of strange since all the floor floors are hardwood so what exactly do the animals get dirty??”

”This was really the nicest room I have stayed in as far as everything you could ever want was supplied! Reclining chair, huge TV, heated floor in the bathroom, microwave and fridge… beautiful breakfast included…. Even a yoga mat. They thought of everything!”

”The room was dark not bright and airy like the pics in the website . The paint color was a dark grey. The person that checked me in said he would wave the fee for having my puppy with me but the website said theres no fee for my pet ,so he really wasnt doing me a favor. Beautiful hotel lobby and entrance but the room wasnt what I expected at all. The Four Seasons in San Francisco was gorgeous this one in Palo Alto didnt meet my expectations”

”The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised.”
