”The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy”

”the building is extremely old, they put me on the third floor and there is no elevator, I had to carry my heavy luggage through the stairs, the shower is very small, when someone else showers next door the hot water cuts off, the bed was very comfortable but the ceiling was very low and close to the headboars. The restaurant food and service is great but doesn't make it up for the rest of the inconveniences.”

”I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

”Once we arrived, check in was all virtual done in app. We got to the room and it was dirty, crumbs and hair strewn everywhere. We contacted front desk and she was nonchalant about it and offered no sympathy. We were expecting to use the pool when we arrived, this was the main reason we booked at this location. During breakfast at exactly 9am the curtain was closed on my wife as she was making her oatmeal. They could have waited out told her it’s closing time, that’s besides the point, breakfast...

”They say they have a restaurant they Don't they have a crappy snack bar with Horrible service. They have no vending machines And their little concessions could even break A 10 dollar bill so I won't to wawa. They rent Their pool out for some kinda club and serve Alcohol so you have a bunch of drunken loud losers sitting their all day and of course my Room was right across from it.”

”No microwave in my room, even though the pictures on their website show one. The front desk informed me only suites have a microwave. The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin?? Lastly, I had to checkout at 5 am. I waited at the front desk for about 2 minutes before a woman popped out of the office and loudly...

”This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”

”The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.”
