”Booked a room that was supposed to have a refrigerator in it for my elderly father before he could be placed in a nursing home. Found out the day he left (by ambulance) that there wasn’t a fridge in the room after all. I had sent him groceries that included frozen meals (there was a microwave) that he couldn’t keep or eat because of lack of fridge. Also the phone in the room didn’t work so if he needed to make a call he had to go walk down to the front desk (he uses a cane) to do so. ...

”I felt it was a very small room we stayed 4 days asked twice for our room to be cleaned in that time not 1 proper cleaning only trash taken 1 time and towels swapped 1 time was done. all public areas were very clean it's very modern but not really overly comfortable”

”I liked hotel´s location. It has everything you need for a few days stay. The hotel has laundry facilities, an indoor and outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, and sauna. The area was clean, and clean towels were available. The was ample, well-lit parking and a continental breakfast. The room had air conditioning, and the staff was attentive.”

Breakfast appeared to be nicely done, but we only grabbed some juice and yogurt on our way out so i cant speak for the quality of the food. I scrubbed for about 15 minutes before I got it to a place where I could consider taking g a shower, but it still needed further cleaning. Absolutely filthy. To be fair, I didn't even try the breakfast as I didn't trust the facilities to be clean after seeing the tub. The dirt I scraped off the tub turned to mud.
