”We had a wonderful eight-night stay in this unit. Location is perfect -- it's right on the Strand, the beachfront park in Townsville. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store are a 5-10 minute walk away, but the unit is block from the closest restaurant so it stays quiet. Balcony overlooks the Strand and the ocean. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony, reading, looking out over the ocean, having a glass of wine, and watching the bustle on the Strand. The unit itself was clean and...

”A great base from which to explore Magnetic Island. Easy to access the property from the ferry terminal and close to IGA, coffee, car hire etc. Four swimming pools and a spa (which thought there was just one so this was a bonus!). Shame there is no direct access to the harbour walk where the wallabies are (you have to walk all the way around - the apartments are highly fenced & secured). Tamara was great to deal with and the property was very clean, cool and bright. ”

”The location of the apartment was ideal with a great view across The Strand to Magnetic Island and access to lots of local attractions, including shops, restaurants, parks and the beach. We were pleasantly surprised with the additional small touches on our arrival - fresh fruit, chocolates, milk and tea/coffee. Our hosts were very quick to respond when the kettle died and immediately organised a replacement. Overall a very comfortable and well serviced apartment.”

Small kitchen with full fridge, toaster plunge coffee. Balcony. Strand area is a bit noisy with local traffic going to restaurants, but not bothersome. Great area for walking along boardwalk. ”A very peaceful setting in the back streets of Arcadia. Older style unit that has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ten minute walk to beautiful Alma Bay and Arcadia Village pub that has good value meals.”

”The Serenity is a very clean and cozy place to stay. The place can be easily reached by bus or taxi from the port and the prices for those are very reasonable. The rooms are very clean and there is a small touch of luxury in the décor. The staff is exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this place to stay.”
