”One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. ”

”I will never stay at this place again. Quite literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever step foot in. I didn’t even stay in the room. I walked in to the filth and nastiness. Turned around and walked out. ”

”Good hotel for the price, rooms were clean. They served a pretty good breakfast. Few things could use some updating. But again for the price i have no complaints. Staff was very courteous and helpful. ”

”Mostly occupied by construction staff, smoking in rooms with windows open. Outdoor trash overflowing. Pool too cold to go in. Continental breakfast had expired food items. Staff were great, Mexican restaurant next door good food”

”Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...

”Pool broken and closed down. Room smelt like a whole pack of cigarettes had just been smoked in the room 5 minutes before we checked into the room. Whirlpool in the room was filthy. Bedding is paper thin and the two pillows they have on the bed are flat as can be. ”

”I checked in late at night. After a 12.5 hour drive from Houston, Tx. Once I checked in I grabbed my bed clothes and went straight to bed. I woke up in the early AM. I was covered In bed bug bites. I messaged Expedia as I went to the front desk. A heavy set lady with white hair was frustrated and giving poor customer service as soon as I mentioned it. Claiming she needed proof and etc. I showed her the bite marks. She claimed I needed to find a bug. I expressed that I saw on the reviews that...

”After a long day on the road, my wife and I were looking forward to a swim in the pool, but the water was freezing. I stuck my foot in and there was no way I was getting in that cold water.”

”Our electricity went out in the bathroom, and t.v. They tried to fix it but they couldn’t figure out what the problem came from. They put extension cord for the t.v. To a different outlet, and another extension cord for a lamp that was put into the bathroom. They did offered to put us up in another hotel, but we had family members in another room so we chose to stay at the Red Roof. Because we chose to stay they did refund our room, which was very nice of them to do so. ”
