Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning. No privacy had a hard time with the outlets to use the outlet next to the sink to be able to use a curling iron had to be able to be plugged underneath the sink cabinet no ballet no luggage service to the room you had to get the card and load your own luggage and take it downstairs and then the valet service was a separate charge from the hotel service at the valet OK”
