”Clean room”

”Super friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed. Our room was upgraded to a city room and we were right next to the subway and the noise from the subway sounded like a white noise machine, it was actually really nice.”

”Very nice Hotel in an interesting historical building. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, but the neighbourhood is a bit scary with a lot of drug addicts and rubbish on the road. Quick metro connection to downtown If you dare ride on it.”

”Hotelli lähellä metroasemaa. Edullinen, huoneen yleisilme siisti, WC:ssä nähtiin elävä lude. Aamupala oli, paahtoleipää ja kahvia. Hotellin ympäristö epäsiistiä, rotta havaintoja.”

”The hotel is nice and centrally located. Staff can use additional training in hospitality. Not at all up to the Marriott brand. Especially front desk...very disappointing. For example, I checked out early on March 28 due to not feeling well. The desk clerk on staff kept telling "was not getting my money back" (I never requested a refund), I requested a copy of my folio to ensure there were not any unauthorized charges...she refused.”

”MY STAY AT THE ALOFT IS USALLY EXCELLENT, HOWEVER THE LAST TIME I STAYED THERE THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK TOOK HER TIME GIVING ME BACK MY MONEY, I LEFT FORVMY DEPOSIT. I TOLD HER I HAD TO GER TO WORK”

”Wonderful experience from start to finish. Close to everything. Great staff, great room, great proximity. Train next door did not bother us at all. Blended in with the sounds of NYC! Would stay here again. Our room was late by about 30 minutes with being ready, but we are flexible and know things happen. Worth the wait for the cleanliness that was provided.”

”We had big family room for 10 nights which was great. Very comfy bed, lots of channels in tv, kitchen (with microwave, sink, fridge, coffeemaker and toaster). Quier hotel, only 3-4 rooma per floor and bathroom and shower were always free to use. Short walk to two subways and 10 minutes from Times Square. Very nice people working here. Weekends there came noices from the street but I slept with ear plugs good. Our child didnt wake up ever during the nights to noices. In our room during nights...

”It be a good idea to put a microwave oh coffee maker too.”

”Ilmainen, vartioimaton pysäköintialue hotellin vieressä. Aamupala oli vaatimaton: kahvi, appelsiinimehu ja kaurakeksit. Siisti perhehuone, jossa jääkaappi, mikro, silitysrauta, fööni. Asiallinen henkilökunta, rauhallinen huone.”

”There was access to stores nearby, room was clean , clean bed sheets just needed a broom and dustpan ”

”It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming.”
