”This is a wonderful resort not far from Chiang Mai. The check and and out was fast. The room was clean with a comfortable mattress. The pool was clean and nearby the room. The restaurant provided a good dinner. The breakfast buffet had made to order egg dishes, many hot dishes, pastries, Thai desserts and fruits. The grounds were very beautiful. I have stayed here on 3 different occasions and have enjoyed this resort. I recommend Horizon for a nice getaway”

”The staff were extremely kind!! However, the room had a bad odour and the bathroom had mould and the shower did not drain. The sink and the toilet were also gross.
We were able to get a great tours of Chiang Rai and the elephant sanctuary and the location was fine - close to the night market (but still far from other things).
Overall, I don’t want to insult the amazing people who work there, but I would not recommend.”

”The hotel and rooms overall were clean. Staff was helpful and really kind! Location was also great, many cafes, restaurants and shops were near by. Upstairs there is a pool, with places for a few people.
In the middle of the night (every night) there were always loud noises and yelling from the street, bars and even from other guests in the hotel. The noises ended by morning. Towels and bedsheets seemed old/wornout since most of them had holes and tears in them. Atleast they were clean....

”The staffs were very helpful, kind and professional. The room, bed, and bathroom are very clean. The problem I have is the shower curtain, it’s dirty or moldy, and the water drain slowly, that’s is why I gave them one 4-star. Everything else is equivalent to a 4-star hotel but very affordable. The Night Bazaar is six minutes walk across the bridge.”
