”Villa Rosa on hurmaava. Palvelu ja etenkin aamiainen olivat aivan omaa luokkaansa. Ainoa minus tulee huoneeseen kuuluneita äänistä. Talo on vanha ja ääni pääsee kulkemaan hyvin etenkin käytävästä huoneisiin. Meillä oli huone aivan portaikon vieressä, mutta onneksi muut vieraat olivat suurimmaksi osin hyvin rauhallisia.”
”Only stayed here for one night but it was lovely.
Upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and good conversation and then shown to our room. The house is beautiful and the on street parking was safe. We walked down the road for dinner and felt safe during the day doing so.
Would recommend and stay here again.

”Fresh & funky art-deco newness. Well appointed self-catered rooms that feels all new. However surprisingly the bed was creaky and sloppily springy so not the greatest of comfort there. Multiple construction across the roads in the area so if your'e a late sleeper this can be a rather big problem. Noise starts fairly early.”

We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk.

Location of this lovely guesthouse is perfect: in a small and quiet street in Sea Point, walking distance from the ocean promenade and it´s little beaches, as well as the vibrant city centre. There are superb restaurants, shops and groceries in Main Road nearby.
Frank and Simon take good care of both the premises and their guests. There were a fan, fridge, TV and DVD in our room and it was reasonable...
