”Everything was horrible about this place. Active mold in the bathrooms terrible smell all around. Bad customer service. Elevators wernt working properly. Non working refrigerators. Splattered unknown liquids on the walls. As soon as we noticed the poor cleaning and active mold in rooms, we got a hold of staff and requested a full refund and ended up booked a different hotel reservation elsewhere. If I can give zero stars I would. We were traveling with small kids so all this was so inconvenient....

”Would not recommend the property do to one factor, while waiting to leave for a softball tournament I grabbed a drink and went to pay for it, the man at the counter asked if I wanted to charge it to my room or use a card, I replied cash and he took my 3 dollars. The next day while checking out I was buying some Tylenol and I was asked the same question and I replied cash I was informed that the property was cashless. So where did the money go?”

”Check in starts at 3;00. We arrived after 4;00 and our room was not ready. That staff member was not super informative, but was not rude. The hotel is new, so of course it is still pretty clean. The furniture in the room looks pretty cheap and the desk was not level. The lobby/ common areas look good and inviting. I have paid less for nicer, but this was convenient to our family for visiting.”

”It was inexpensive & conveniently located. Although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to control the climate in the room. Air gaps around the door. The A/C added more moisture to the room so all surfaces were always sticky. Generally room & bathroom lighting were bad. Exhaust fan in the bathroom DID NOT WORK! Charged an additional night & it took are 7 day stay to get it resolved. Next time we will pay more for better accommodations.”

”The smell…. I don’t know what scent is being used, but it’s the best! It’s not overpowering, just incredibly pleasing as you enter the lobby. The staff was amazing! Our room was clean and exactly (if not better) than expected. The hotel is close enough to Nashville to experience all the tourist trappings but far enough out to avoid a lot of the traffic and noise.”

”My only concern was the noisy a/c in the room. It took a while to cool but by the time I was ready to sleep I was comfortable. All in all a good choice for a 1 night stay. Pet charge was most reasonable.”
